An engineer by education, an artist by passion, and a designer by destiny - Meghana Ashish is the creative soul behind our brand.

Armed with a B.E degree and a mind wired for problem-solving, Meghana always had an eye for detail and a heart drawn to beauty. She embodies everything Calysta stands for. Her journey from engineering to entrepreneurship is one of passion, precision, and purpose. This journey began when she designed her own engagement ring — a piece that turned heads and sparked conversations. What started as a personal passion soon became a professional calling.

Combining her technical acumen with her innate flair for design, Meghana studied gemstones, metals, and trends with the same rigor she once applied to circuits and codes. She began to craft jewellery that mirrored her own life: a perfect balance of strength and grace, tradition and innovation.

Today, she leads our design house and our company with a vision rooted in empowering women through self-expression, creating timeless pieces that echo the evolving identities of today’s Indian women — ambitious, elegant, and unapologetically herself.
