15-Day Money Back Policy: Should you choose to return the delivered product within the 15-day period, our policy stipulates that the refund will be credited to your Calysta account. You can use these credits for a new purchase or opt to have the amount refunded to your bank account. All refunds are processed back to the customer's provided bank account. Please note that this policy excludes purchases of accessories such as travel cases.
Shipping Costs for Returns: No need to worry about shipping costs, as we offer FREE RETURN shipping. We will coordinate a pickup from your location for exchanges, refunds, and resizing when you return the product within the 15-day window.
Returning a Product within 15 Days: Follow this straightforward step to exchange or return hassle-free:
1. Contact our customer support team via call or chat and inform them of your desire to exchange/return. We will handle everything from there. Ensure the package is ready, including the diamond certificate and original documents. We will arrange the pickup and manage the process for you.
Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy: We also have a lifetime exchange and buyback policy applicable to all purchases made from Calysta within India. Simply return the original product along with the certificate.
Lifetime Exchange:
• Gold: 100% value of metal weight at the prevailing metal rate*
• Diamond: 100% of the prevailing diamond value*
• Deductions will be made towards Making Charges, GST, and Special Discount.
Lifetime Buyback:
• Diamond Jewellery: An additional 10% deduction from the lifetime exchange value*
• Plain Gold Jewellery: An additional 3% deduction from the LTE value
• If the original certificate is not provided, INR 500 per product will be deducted.
Delivery Time:
Our delivery time ranges from a minimum of 7 working days to a maximum of 20 working days, depending on the product and customization requirements.
