FAQ

In order to join the program, just click “Sign in” on the top right corner of our navigation menu and create an account. Once completed, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn points. You will be automatically opted into the Foro Loyalty Program after agreeing to our terms and conditions. If you already have an account, you will automatically be enrolled in the program and will begin earning points on your future purchases (just make sure you log into your account before completing your order).

It is free to join and customers are not obligated to participate and use points earned or accumulated. Once a customer deactivates their account, points will not be redeemable, transferable, or applicable to any future purchases after deactivation.

Calysta membership is for lifetime.

You can earn the CalCoins by completing actions listed in the rewards tab. Just click on the “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to participate in . You automatically earn 500 CalCoins just for signing up! You will earn 1 CalCoin for every Rs 1 you spend on the website.

100 CalCoins is worth 10 Rupee. So if you 10,000 loyalty points, you can redeem it against your order for Rs 1000.

CalCoins expire 6 months from the day of credit to your account.

CalCoins are like discount coupon that you can combine with any offer/ promotion/ discount.

100 CalCoins = Rs 10

In order to reddeem your CalCoins you will have to provide following.

  • Log into your account.
  • From reward tab select redeem points.
  • Select Amount of CalCoins you want to redeem.
  • You will get voucher code which can be used at checkout.

You can redeem maximum 20000 CalCoins.

Log into your account by clicking ‘Sign in’ on the upper right-hand side of the screen. Your point balance will appear under ‘Get Rewards’ tab.

Your CalCoins will automatically post to your account after a product is fulfilled from our end.

CalCoins and membership are not transferrable. The facilities and benefits of the membership can be availed only by the member.

When you return an item, you forfeit the associated CalCoins earned from the original purchase.

Any CalCoins redeemed during previous purchase will be deducted during Lifetime exchange value and Buy back

General Terms And Condition

Calysta retains the right to alter or discontinue the loyalty program at any time, with or without prior notification, which may lead to the forfeiture of any accumulated but unused points. We reserve the privilege to terminate your membership in Calysta's loyalty program if there is evidence of fraud, misuse of privileges, or violation of the Terms & Conditions. Please note that this program is exclusively applicable to orders made on www.calysta.in.

    * The CalCoins (where 100 CalCoins equal Rs 10) continue to accumulate in your CalCoins account until you decide to redeem them.
    * Calysta.in will endeavor to keep member information confidential; however, Calysta is entitled to share any such information.
    * The conditions for earning and redeeming points may be altered by Calysta.
    * CalCoins are earned based on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory levies.
